Order Processing Time
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in China through a trusted shipping agent. The carrier is selected based on the destination country.
- All shipments include a tracking number.
- Processing and handling time is 2–5 business days.
Pre-Order Items:
Pre-order items will ship once production is completed. An estimated shipping date will be provided, but delays may occur due to manufacturing or logistical factors beyond our control.
Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time is 14–30 days after dispatch.
- Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, holidays, or peak seasons.

Tracking & Lost Packages
Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.
If a package is suspected to be lost, you must contact us within 180 days of the shipping date.
If the package is confirmed lost, you may choose one of the following:
- A refund for the product cost (shipping fees are non-refundable), or
- A free reshipment of the product
Incorrect Address
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will wait for the package to be returned.
Once returned, reshipment can be arranged to the correct address. Additional shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled only before they are shipped.
To request a cancellation, please email caramelizedbun@gmail.com with your order number.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Pre-Order Cancellations
Pre-order cancellations are only accepted during the pre-order period.
Once the pre-order period ends, funds are allocated directly to production, and cancellations or refunds will no longer be possible.
Returns & Refunds Policy
All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. Refunds, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted once an order has been shipped, except in the limited cases described below.
Eligible Returns & Refunds
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:
- The product arrives damaged due to a packing error on our end, or
- The product has a manufacturing (factory) defect
Damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or customer handling is not eligible.
Reporting a Problem
Contact us at caramelizedbun@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order if your item qualifies under the conditions above.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect
- A brief explanation of the issue
Resolution
If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
- A replacement item, or
- A refund for the product cost only (original shipping fees are non-refundable)
Non-Eligible Cases
We do not accept refunds or returns for:
Incorrect address provided by the customer
Change of mind
Incorrect size, color, or style selected
Delivery delays
Damage occurring after delivery
